What items do you accept for return?
All items where the OUTER shipping box is unopened can be returned for a full refund, but we do not refund shipping/handling. All items must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt.
If you have opened the outer shipping packaging of a Fleshlight, or Autoblow, for health and safety considerations, it cannot be returned to us.
The Mangasm tools, except for the Mangasm Edge and Mangasm Voyager can be returned, used or not, within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. The amount of $8.95 per massager is not refundable. To obtain a refund on a used Mangasm tool, you must cut it in half, and send us back the lower half.
Contact us for a return authorization number and write that number clearly on the front of the package. We will give you the return address by email, when you contact us.
What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
If you receive an incorrect item, or an item you believe is defective, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to explain the issue to us. We will do our best to correct the problem.
