If you don't enjoy your Mangasm tool, simply clean it, cut it in half, and mail us back the lower portion. We'll issue you a full refund. To claim the refund, first, email us to obtain a return authorization form and return authorization number. Next, mail the Mangasm tool back to us with the return authorization number written clearly on the front of the package, as well as a copy of your original invoice.
You must follow these instructions precisely to obtain a refund. Please note:
- Shipping and handling is not refundable, in the amount of $8.95 per Mangasm tool.
- If you wish to make a return, your package must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your Mangasm tool.
- This offer applies to all of the Mangasm tools except for the Mangasm Edge, Mangasm Voyager and Mangasm Electro
- This offer does not apply to Autoblow, Fleshlight, or ID Glide lubricants
Return Policy For Autoblow & Fleshlight
The Autoblow and Fleshlight may be returned, if the OUTER SHIPPING BOX is unopened, within 10 days of purchase. Just email us for a return authorization number and we will email it back to you with our mailing address. We cannot accept returns on opened/used Fleshlights or Autoblows.
